ABSTRACT
Objetivos: -Analizar el funcionamiento del Sistema de Redes Integradas de Salud en pacientes cardiópatas o potencialmente cardiópatas de la Zona Sanitaria I de la provincia de la Rioja, en el año 2014. - Detectar las debilidades y fortalezas del sistema, para optimizar su eficacia y eficiencia. - Distinguir en qué nivel de la red se encuentran los obstáculos, para optimizar su funcionamiento. - Identificar las etapas del sistema que funcionan bien, para reforzarlas. Material y Método:Tipo de estudio: Exploratorio cualitativo, Descriptivo Explicativo. Se realizaron: revisión bibliográfica, entrevistas a mandos superiores e intermedios y encuestas al personal de salud de la Zona Sanitaria I de La Rioja
